how do i increase fps

For some reason, when i started to play pr my fps stayed pretty normal, but now when i play, every time im aiming towards a lot of enemies or dead bodies my fps drops enormously. Like without any enemies around or bodies, ill get a good 60-80 fps. Then when i aim in the direction of enemies or just a lot of dead bodies, my fps drops to 20 and even in the 10's. It wont stop me from playing pr, but its quite annoying. I tried changing all different graphics settings, and non seem to work. any ideas?

Does it happen in normal BF2 as well?

here is my specs, but keep in mind that pr worked fine when i first used it, and since then i didnt make any major changes to my pc. Just 1 day it decided to lag when there was a big pile of bodies or a lot of enemies lol
most of my graphics setting are on low, except for the gun details. Even with low everything and the lowest resolution it still lagd
