Dunno if it's a bug or if that's just the way you have to have it so that you can have artillery in PR but here it is. On the complete East side of Op. Barracuda, in the ocean there are four floating Howitzers.

That is where the Chinese arty comes from.

Dont think its a bug, its the only way of calling in area attacks. You have to have these objects placed somewhere on the map that particular team will NOT get an area attack

Its not a bug, they have to be there for the area attack.
