Crashing on Textures on map load!

I crash when I load every 2nd map, or sometimes, every map, and it crashes when loading textures and I get a message like this:
"memory.dll failed to allocate....."
I know it is because of RAM but 3 Gigs are enough I think.

I have Windows 7 32-bit and the following:
CPU: Intel Pentium D 3.00 GHz
VGA: Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 512mb DDR3 up to 1 GB
RAM: 3 GB DDR2 333MHz
HDD: 160 GB

Game Settings:
Resolution: 1024x768
Terrain: High
Effects: High
Textures: High
Geometry: High
Lightning: Medium
Dynamic Shadows: Medium
Dynamic Light: Medium
Anti-Aliasing: Off
Texture Rendering Distance: High
View Distance Scale: 100%

Anything I can do about it except lowering settings?

Try bumping up Vram (1.5 x real ram = 3072 x 1.5 = 4608 ) set min and max the same (doing so reduces fragmentation of the page file)
and/or try a 3rd party app that turns off unneeded apps and services while you game like Game booster

I already use game booster, I had my Vram to 2.5 x real ram, I'll try to 1.5, hope it works because I can play MW, Arma2, and a lot of games with good video quality on highest settings


EDIT: Sorry I've forgot to put my game settings, I updated it now. :D

EDIT 2: Still crashing...
