When do you guys (pr-devs) start getting money for all the work???!! I?m more than willing to pay! Hope that there are others that think the same......

Yeah. I've been looking for a way to donate. Since I've played PR since 0.2....

there is a PR2 in the works (very early in the works, there's bits of info released about it) which will be a properly published standalone PR game which will cost
as of now the devs dont get payed it's all from the kindness of their hearts (i'm told they have them)

Back on topic, PR more than likely cost atleast 6k a year to produce
300x12 : 3600 ( ? / $ ? )
Pizza, Chips, Beer, Smoke, etc : atleast 3000?
Painfull moment, rage, joy, cry, sex ( if it apply ), hot chicks ( dosent apply ) and Ferrari ( wich dosent apply either ) ... Priceless.

I'm pretty sure that EA doesn't allow mods off there games to make a profit. At least that's what I have understood.

I was wondering if that`s the case....why can`t pr become a game of its own then, because its based on the DICE engine? There should be a special agreement then, with all the self-developed stuff that pr delivers...btw i only bought the battlefield 2 complete edition to be able to play pr...

Actually, thinking about that, I think I'd be angry if it wasn't. Be a bit hypocritical to rely on modding tools for years and then not release modding tools with your actual game..

Given that PR has long relied on the contributions of individuals who come to the mod and learn a fair amount in the commmunity modding forum, I don't think you'll need to worry about that one
Besides, if there aren't modding tools, how will Rhino tell everyone to do it themselves
