[Kit]Heavy AR

Noticed this on the OA demo, and thought it a good enough idea to post here. My suggestion is that on some maps blufor have the option of a limited heavy auto-rifleman kit.
The benefits
The kit runs along a similar principle to the heavy AT kit, where more power is available if you have the patience and skill to use it. The user will be able to put harassing fire down onto the enemy at ranges where the enemy will have trouble shooting back, so around 500-1000 meters.
Balance
Obviously having an uberl335 machinegun isn't good news for poor old opfor, so what I propose is removing the 'undeployed' option on the heavy AR kit. That means that the HAR man will have to rely on his teammates if they need to be constantly on the move or if they are clearing buildings etc, but wold be highly effective in ambush situations.
The cons
Limiting the player to deployed mode only may get frustrating if some lone wolf gets up close, where the HAR won't have time to deploy the machinegun, resulting in a possible loss of a team's 'big gun'. However, proper teamwork can circumvent this with simple defence strategies (common sense).
Implementation
I'm not suggesting this be implemented into every single map or faction, but this is my idea so far:
USA
Normal AR: The M249 currently being used by the US PR faction. It fits and it works, no problems there.
Heavy AR: I suggest the M240G. It's a lightened version of the belgian 7.62mm FN MAG. It can provide heavy sustained fire at long range.
UK
Normal: Again, the normal minimi is fine.
Heavy AR: The L7 GPMG, another variation on the FN MAG, allowing for the same model to be used as the M240B
Taliban
Normal: I think the RPK Should be re-introduced here, it's lightweight construction combined with long barrel is very useful and much more mobile than the PKM
Heavy AR: IMO the PKM should go here, it's belt-fed nature allows for less reloads, but the extra rounds in the bag mean more weight, making it ideal for the 'heavy' class
PLA
Normal: Type 95, it's high rate of fire is adequate for the AR role, whilst the scope allows for accurate medium-long range fire.
Heavy AR: I suggest the QJY-88 on the same principle as the PKM. Same 5.8x42mm caliber, but with belt feeding allowing for a 200 round belt to be fed into the weapon through a box/bag.
Conclusion
I believe this could provide a useful asset to whomever is willing to learn to be patient and use teamwork. As I said before this class should be used for harrassing fire, meaning I would go against putting scopes on the HAR kits for balance reasons.
