strange problem with the mouse

Hey, I new to PR, just got it download today.
Anyway, for some weird reason the mouse is working on the menu but when I start the game and get to the squad/weapon menu the mouse wount move.
someone got any idea? :\

. . . . u h m driver issues mabey?? try updating your mouse software then trying again

LOL, it get even weirder, it will work on the default account and on my other profile but not my main profile. I'll try to contact EA because it occurs on BF2 and on BF SF.

Go to settings and controls, they're probably all blank, reset to default to fix it if they are
