Run PR as a High Priority Process Automatically

I was looking around and I saw that vanilla had its own little bat file that automatically ran it as a high priority process.

which looks like this
@echo off
cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2"
start /high BF2.exe +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +restart
I have already done this
@echo off
cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr"
start /high pr.exe +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +restart
But this only prioritizes the PR.exe and not the resulting BF2.exe

How would I do this for PR?

Solved:

Click Here for a program that will allow you to accomplish this without any special .bat file.

What does this do?

Like only run PR.exe and not BF2.exe?

So making for less Ram usage? Or am I getting the concept wrong?

It makes it run as a high priority process so it would have higher priority over resources.

and I'm not sure how you could set it to launch to .exe's in high priority from a bat. maybe try combining them so its

Code: Select all

@echo off
cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2"
start /high BF2.exe +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +restart

@echo off
cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr"
start /high pr.exe
