I can haz car-15?
Are the devs working on this type of weapon or could it be implemented in a future patch?

I think its very rare weapon. Small version of M16?

For which faction? Do you have a source that any faction in game at the moment uses it for frontline infantry?

We are not accepting equipment suggestions (this includes everything: weapons, gear and vehicles) for any factions for which we have an MA or knowledgeable people within the team.

This includes both US factions, the British, the IDF, the PLA and the Russians.

you're confusing the car-15, a smaller, lighter commando version of the m16, used in the vietnam war untill somewhere in the early 90's in small quantities, with the ar-15 design which became the m16.

I think car-15's are very rare to be found with irregular opfor forces if used at all, which I doubt.
be happy with your m4's when playing hamas, it'll be the closest to it.

is it used nowadays ?
for what faction?
what sources do you have?
is it worth it?

saying "can haz" doesn't make a suggestion. also im pretty sure it would be unrealistic for any of the current, or future factions to field this (i think) . this is project reality, not project "can haz cool weapons"

Short version, early version had a 10 inch barrel and collapsible butt stock, now the barrel is just over 11 inches. I know it was used as a survival rifle by the airforce but if they still use it i doubt it. Most people I have seen who need a Rifle (or as colt believes it's a SMG) they use the m4 (as seen with pj's). I have only heard through the grapevines that a few SF communities (manly the US and Israel) still use it. The US using it is probably not common at all as they have the m4a1 and 416 to use. Don't expect to see this as again only SF comm unites really use this weapon anymore.

The HAMAS already have the CAR-15 in the form of their short barreled M16. But as said before, why? Its far phased out and lock.

Its actually ingame, my memory isn't 100% but it should in some IDF kit and Hamas certainly has it.

yeah ... i dont know if we really need this but if we were to use it .. i guess Crewman weapon or Hamas / insergents . . . yeahh i would keep it open incase extra random weapons are needed
