in case of noobs, shouldnt these "experienced players" make their own squads instead?

when the noobs are needy

teach youngins right
they'll back ya next firefight

Whats wrong with the good ol' "VOIP TEAMWORK" squads

Afraid of too many noob players? I'd do the total opposite: Lead some LEARN PR squads.

By doing that, you're actually helping to do something about it.
I'm not gonna make one of those until I get the hang of most of the more important new features.
