Remove the screws holding it in, flip the fan around, put the screws back in
That will work with most fans, pics?

Well from what I read alot of people suggest to just flip it, but Im wondering if you can switch the wires or something...?
I dont have any pics unfortunately but this is from the interwebs
so you see the top fan pulls in air (its suppose to push it out) making the one right behind it (which is also pushes out air and works fine) almost useless....
sigh....never again from Antec, NEVER, this Case came with a broken I/O switch and flipped fan.....thats what you get for trying to be cheap when buying a case....

Dude...Its 4 Screws..Flip it. Simple. and you seem to have gotten a defective Case seeing as mine is perfect. (also antec)
but if you want to re-configure the Molex/3-pin connector then be my guest.

Might I suggest a return? When you get a broken product brand-new, you are not required to keep it....
And flipping the fan looks to be extremely simple, just remove the screws, flip, insert screws. Takes 2 minutes.

You are correct is should be an exhaust.
However it is ill-adviced to reroute the wires so the fan spinns in the other direction. The blades curvature suggests it is designed for only one direction!
Are you sure it is taking in? Put a sheat of paper on it, see if it's pushed off or sucked on.
Sometimes "suffication" can reduce the output making it feel less then it should be - having you interpret the low air stream incorrectly. Do you have any intake fans - gaps for air to go in? Maybe they are insufficient?
On the outer side of the fan you will see tow arrows (usually next to each other) one is pointing the direction of spin and the other indicates the direction of air flow (they are perpendicular). Double check that to make sure your assumption was correct and when you are putting it back in.
Btw: I did not have problems with my antec case except for some missing screws.
Also: I installed custom fans (<15€

to reduce the noise. Default fans are quite loud, imo. (There are some nice youtube vids on how which fan work and what noise they make.)

^^^ yep Im sure its working as an intake fan. BUT I fixed it, I had all my fans daisy chained to one molex power connector. I switched it so two fans got 1 connector and now it works fine. ty for help btw
edit: the system is on average 3 degrees hotter now :/ .........
