Can't move mouse when ingame 64 bit

I can't move my mouse when i joint a server so I can't select a kit, squad of spawn point. I can move my mouse in the loading screen or the menu's
Please help

If you entered a TAG in the login screen and left the mouse courser in the TAG imput box it locks the mouse out. Click any where on the login screen to clear the courser out of the TAG box before logging in.

That didn't work but I found out that when I log in with default player I don't have the problem
