when i try to load iron eagle while loading the serverit just crashes

I get the same thing. It seems to only be with Iron Eagle too

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit

I get the same thing too. No error message just crash to desktop. I also just had it happen to me on one of the other newer maps that I can remember the name of right now.

same problem, wanda shan, iron eagle, gazza beach.

Do we all have ATI cards?

I dont have an ATI Card, and as soon as it gets to "94% Loading Textures" on the loading page, it CTDs.

Try deleting you cache folders.

Go to:

Documents -> Battlefield 2 -> mods -> bf2 -> cache

and delete everything in that folder.

Didnt work for me unfortunately, still CTD'ing on "94% Textures"

same problem here, reformat hdd,fresh install bf2 and PR still cant load few maps, Iron Eagle,gaza and other ones

I have ATI 1650x

Trying decreasing Textures to Medium, that notorious bug seems to have come alive again.

Try running your game on Windowed mode, it could help identify your error.

I got the same problem but only with burning sands, if i lower the video settings i can get it without CTD, but in usual high settings it CTD every time...

I'm running windowed with an ATi X1950, Intel E8500, 4GB RAM, all settings turned to lowest. I also crash at 92% on Iron Eagle, with similar errors on Wanda Shan and Gaza. The game just closes with no error window or anything.

same thing here. nothing seems to work.

Same here. On a bunch of maps I CTD at 92%

yea i get the same problem (among others lol)
well at least you guys can play.
My game laggs like hell 15 mins into playing 15 FPS LOL!
AND I RUN ARMA 2 ON VERY HIGH!

On burning sands btw

i have idea... all maps with MTLB is buggy.
burning sands, silent eagle, irong eagle, kashan desert, wanda sun...

I CTD right at the 90% mark on Iron Eagle and Wanda Shan.

Running XP SP3 with a nearly tolerable ATI Radeon X300 card (a backup card after my Geforce 7300 GS died). All video settings at low Res at 800x600@60 View distance at 100.

People that are crashing in Gaza map - did it happen in the last version?did you change any video settings or hardware changes?
