me and my cousin are looking for a little bit of help...

we've just started playing PR again with the new version after roughly a year and a half being AWOL, trouble is now neither of us feel confident to use mumble or the in-game VOIP - we're literally scared to!

we're just hoping for maybe some friendly encouragement or some self help suggestions but any help or advice is appreciated. we want to get back playing how we remember it! we'll be ok once we get going i think.

Most PR players are rly helpful just join a squad and say you havent played in quite some time

Fish, Ploddit here just join the old RT gang in Alpha channel (Pr0.5 Mumble that space got you sorted out with) and we'll sort you both out!

we'll have another bash tomorrow we ended up just joining a random server tonight with little or no teamwork even on the squad coms - made me miss RT

At the moment with all the new stuff and things to learn alot of people are just 'playing'.

yea I had my first real round of PR yesterday evening when we spend friday and the beginning of saturday just playing around. Everyone was in new assets or doing new things or just playing on there own. Thats just the way it goes. Expect nice games to appear when the shine wears off

not going to be today after all, so much to do! i really hope we get on tomorrow though because i'm moving into a tiny little flat on Tuesday and don't know when i'll get the net again.

Scared? Why would you be scared? Just start by saying hi and stuff I guess .

i have a phobia of talking on phones - trouble on VOIP is an extension of that i guess. i can't speak for my cousin though. spacemanc on RT got me using it reasonably ok but then i went AWOL and i feel like i have to start over. hopefully i'll be sorted again sooner rather than later though.
