IRL, can the AA and ATGM MT-LBs carry 1 driver, 1 gunner, and 2-3 other people? I'm wondering because if it could, it would be immensely easier to carry infantry around in tank convoys, or to just go and pick up a random guy.

well the AA one says Crew 3 so technically you could have 1 passenger

And most tanks have a crew of 4 in real life, but the commander have been removed/combined with the driver, as is the case with APCs and other armoured vehicles in PR

Except pretty much every modern Russian or Chinese MBT out there which have 3.

RusArmy ride on BTRs,BMPs(In WW2 on Tanks =) ),but i don't think so good idea ride on AA/AT vehicle.
