Map Kokan 64 layer server BlackWater
Driving the new rocket equipped Techie West from main on the southernmost road. ran into an out of bounds area. I was driving right down the middle of the road. Shoulda been an ok place to drive.

There is a non-spawnable US base located there with US equipment, therefore a dome of death.

Not a bug.
