[3 seater] Technical driver is un able to exit the vehicle, have to switch to gunner or passanger seat, not sure if it only applies to the 3 seater.

if the threadtitle means you were parking on a bridge, then possibly the drivers exitpoint was blocked by the bridges railing.
or did it happen in open and unobstructed grounds?

We need clear info, it doesn't sound like this is actually a bug.

As shootmeplz posted, you cannot leave a vehicle if there isn't an unobstructed space near to the exit way.

You may here a *zwwiiinngggg* sound when trying to leave a vehicle with the exit blocked.
