'Rattling gear' sound effect

Hm, since the 'suggestions' section of the forum appears to be bricked up for the moment, I wanted to throw this thought into the general mix here:
I think most of us take sound effects for granted and don't think much about them, until something changes (see the many posts about the awesome new FX in 0.95) and we notice just how much they contribute to the game experience.
Prime example: the very first thing I noticed when playing ARMA 2 was the clunking of your gear as you start walking, and the way I instantly thought 'Yeah, this is IT!' Not sure what does it, but it makes a world of difference to the box-standard 'tap-tap-tap' you get with pretty much every other FPS.
So, any chance of including some realistic gear clunking Arma2-style in the next release? Please don't tell me to wait until ARMA2-PR is out, 'cos not all of us have a cray-supercomputer under the hood to play it on a descent setting.
