Description:
On Iron Eagle Vehicle game mode you can cap the flags with just 1 tank crew, but according to the manual you need a total of 6 people to cap (all in vehicles). The ability to cap so quickly, combined with the quick ticket bleed makes the map end VERY quickly.

Play Iron Eagle Vehicle game mode

If you're talking about the vehicle warfare gamemode I believe it's intentional
