Entering a server problem

Hello,
i have a little problem,
when I want to join any server or to start a match with bot's, game is shutting down with that com. ----> http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/6172/prbug.png
Can someone tell me what's going on? What's the problem.
My PC conf.
Windows XP
Service Pack 3
Pentium Dual-Core 2,50 GHz
4 Gb RAM
GeForce 9500 GT
