[0957] Snipers can't place assets

Not 100% sure if this is a bug or intended, but figured I'd share anyway.
The suspected problem is pretty much as simple as the title of this topic. Neither in Co-op or Deployment mode is the sniper class able to place assets via the radio they were given. Instead it tells us we need to have the officer or engineer kit.

Snipers have radios to spot enemies.

thats because you need to have the officer or engineer kit. the sniper radio is only for marking things on the minimap in order to give the sniper back its role as recon

Snipers cannot place assets, because Snipers are not "credit to team!"

IIRC, collaborants cant place hideouts even though they do have cell phones. Thats because they have them for relaying intel. Same with snipers.
