I know there's an unwritten rule that tell us not to talk about easter eggs in PR.
But what about easter eggs that are no longer in PR.

For example, the location of the infamous .50 barret on Bi Ming?

I'm just curious about the easter eggs i missed

like the bear that roams around the maps?

I seriously swear I saw a bear rushing right in front of me on the boat by the Muttrah Docks... Too bad my HD went out of space, so my xFire couldn't record it.

I've heard rumors saying theres a Platypus who frolics freely in the many amphibious areas on Muttrah?

The bear is true.... I've accidently stubbled across evidence that I didnt really think much of until I heard about a "ninja bear" which was quite recently. Too bad Im at school and currently dont have PR so I cant look into it more. Makes me wanna play PR that much more now.

And to get this thread back on track Ill say the gnomes in the Cave on OGT. I forget what version that was. and of course the dual Uzis in the barrett kit on Kashan. BTW I like this thread because I never even heard of most of the surrent easter egg aswell as the old ones, so im totally up for loading an old version of PR and searching away.

Unlimited bolt action .50 cal snipers in Bi ming (they kept respawning)

bolt action .50 cal snipers hidden in tress in Assault on Mestia

bolt action .50 cal snipers in Operation Ghost Train

bolt action .50 cal snipers in two of the bunkers in Kashan

I think there are more but cant remember right now

EDIT: .50 cal sniper kit hidden in the Buddha statue in some British vs PLA map. (They one where PLA has a castle that the British need to capture)

Also dual uzi and barret on al bazra.You know I still press G on random objecs sometimes.

The 50 cal sniper one on Ghost Train was pretty mad. It would immediately respawn, allowing you to have a whole squad/team of ghillie suit snipers. Led a squad of them once, it was quite amusing.

Kashan had it's .50 cal + dual uzi too.


The Ghost Train frogs were funny too. I saw 1 once and I called my squad to check that out. They thought I was crazy because they didn't show up after that.

For a moment I thought I've seen things too, but other day later I saw it again.

The .50 cal rifles were removed for pretty obvious reasons with 0.7 release (3 years ago), Bi Ming being the only map that still had one in 0.75.

And you also missed out the M95 on Qwai River.
