Project Reality crashes to my desktop after 5 minutes of play, it isn't laggy, I have all of my settings on low, I don't know why it crashes, and it doesn't even have an error message.

These are my specs.

Specs:
Geforce 6200
Intel (R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80 GHz,
2.79 GHz, 1 gigabyte of ram.

Sorry to say but those specs might not cut it. Even if you can run BF2 on high settings PR requires much more. It's probably a lack of RAM that makes your game crash.
Try running the game in windowed mode. When you crash you will get an error message. What does it say?

EDIT: Before you ask
To play PR in a window, right click your PR shortcut. In the Target section, change "+ fullscreen 1" to "+ fullscreen 0" You will get a windowed version of the game.
2. EDIT: New version doesn't have "+ fullscreen 1" but just add "+ fullscreen 0" to the the line (remember the space before "+"

Is this like really a periodic crash (really 5 in 5 minutes or so?) or perhaps you are having a damn great luck to always be a victim of the mass-CTD?

Otherwise I had similar issues... try running in Compatibility mode, disable high-DPI settings, disable desktop things, disable visual effects. Should work. If no dice, try creating a new account, see if that works.

And I'm running in Windows XP SP3.

Just to throw that out there.

Forgot to say.. Have you updated your video driver? Seem to have helped this guy with similar problem: [Solved] CTD During certain maps.

Yeah, it's updated all the way to the latest driver.

Have you tried using GameBooster?

Game Booster - Download

BTW, did you do what Sgt. Mahi suggested? It seems to have worked before, and if you crash, an error message should appear (look at the link I posted on my last post).

I have GameBooster.
But it doesn't help much at all.

I'd put good money on this being memory related, latest edition of PR is using more memory.

I'm having troubles every 2 hours or so... I have 2 gig of ram and windows 7

I even have trouble with 3+ GB of RAM. 1 GB, like on my old computer, made the game pretty much unplayable at some point.

Still - when exactly do the crashes happen? When you load a game, when you're in the server, or in the main menu?

Assuming it happens when you're already in the game itself - does it really happen after 5 minutes always? Try a simple map like Jabal Al Burj on a LAN server, that isn't very laggy, perhaps it'll not happen there?

When I am in a server, just playing regularly, It crashes.

And, when I play, it has no lag at all.
It just crashes.
