Hi there, today I installed the new Project Reality and when I click the project reality shortcut, only the pr splash screen shows up, but after that nothing opens. Any solutions yet?

When looking for answers please follow these simple steps.

#1 : Read the red stickys First.
New PR problems are rare so most answers can be found here.

#2. Use the search feature on PRs web site or Google it!.
Often the quickest way to find what your looking for when you have an error message.

#3. Please remember to include your basic PC info in your post
You have spent some time trying to help yourself without any luck, so your ready to ask for help:

Please include your basic PC info in your post :
Operating system = XP, Vista etc.
systems specks = cpu/speed, ram installed, video card/video ram on card,type of monitor
network setup = cable, 4 port 10/100/1000 d- link gamers lounge/ wired connection.
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
The more info you can give the better your chance of getting a quick answer back.
You don't have to write a book,
but your basic PC info is needed to help you.

Did you remember to run update 1.41 before 1.5?
Run BF2 at least once before running PR.

Run BF2 at least once before running PR.

Well I first started playing in .87, everything worked fine and stuff but I uninstalled PR for a while due to me not having the GB's to have it installed. So today when I installed it, it only shows the splash screen when you first start it then it disappears and the game never starts. I have not tried anything yet sense I have had NO LUCK finding a solution, i looked for about 5 hours.

Try running in 'window' mode to see what error comes up.

I have ran the 1.41 and 1.5 update, 1.41 first and 1.5 second. I have ran BF2 once, and I'm not sure how to run in windowed mode. Could you teach me?
