[Request] I need reference photos, (Oshkosh M-ATV)

I've been looking for about an hour trying to find a sufficient number of photos to begin modeling the M-ATV. One photo I have yet to find is a TOP view topographical or some decent high res blueprints to get the main shape and scales correct.

I've done a model of the hood which took about 2 hours, the hood is extremely difficult to model because its a very organic design imo. but without a top down view I'm finding it damn near impossible to get the proportions correct and the hood to acceptable realism.

I put my own work into it and managed to get a decent looking low poly but its not spot on replica of the actual vehicle so its not good enough for me.

This hood is a pain cause whoever designed it at oshkosh must have just did a turbosmooth on it and called it good

There isn't much, I didn't find exactly what you're looking for, but I found something:

Oshkosh outsourced all the fiberglass body work for those to a company in my home town in WI called fiberdome, the things are massive and we make all the hoods lol. Ill try and see If I have any pictures of them.

Funny you should mention this, I just saw one of these being transported down I-894 on my way back home. Good to see that WI gets some recognition on the Battlefield: ;)

Although from my recollection I'm not sure it was this model, I assume it was because I don't think Oshkosh makes anything different

Also here is a wire of a actual model of it, that should be very helpful for the hood.

Funny, on a road trip I took this summer somewhere in southeast Wisconsin, I passed two flatbed trucks carrying MRAPs.

These are all great photos, especially the one of another model and how the managed to get that pesky fender looking decent. keep them coming though if possible, there are lots of pictures on google but that elusive top down view is being quite annoying.

On a side note, this will take me a while to do but I'm hoping to use it in my portfolio so its worth the time.

However I was wondering if, for the sake of gameplay, if a 6th seat could be added to this, possibly the rear unprotected area or even the roof (LoL) but it is quite a pain to have 1 squad member left behind and go into hostile areas during a insurgency game with only 5 strong.

It is physically possible, but as with the humvee it seems unlikely that the PR team would make that choice. People can either make 5 man squads or take 2 vehicles. You'll notice new maps are providing a lot of humvees so that squads can afford to take 2 at a time - for example, Kokan.
