Think about it, insurgents aren't going to be able to pick up most if not all conventional faction weapons and use them with any degree of proficiency.

The most un-realistic part is reloading those weapons at ins main base.

Not that they cannot use these weapons to a degree of proficiency(adjust sight, aim, pull trigger = usually hit something unless too far away or your BluFor weapon sucks).

HAT is slightly more complicated as it takes extra training even in conventional military.

Even regular rifleman kits they wouldnt be able to pick up on a dime and be able to accurately fire point and area targets withou prior training.

Dude look at Wikipedia about the battle of Fallujah it confirmed insurgents using m4 and m16 assault rifles, so they know how to use them.

Do we really need two topics about that?

And so they can use it at this very moment in pr (regular soldier kit, light AT and some more...). Still, they shouldn't imho.
Find some evidence of Taliban/ iraqi insurgents using M203s, M240s, M40s and SRAWs.
Edit: Still, your post looks like if you were claiming that because there was a report of insurgents suing BLUFOR stuff it certainly means that every single one of them has mastered use of every single weapon in US arsenal. It might be just me though.

Why would they change their familiar AK to something strange and unfamiliar? Also where they get all ammo?

It's not that simple. I know from experience, having been a 19 Kilo in the US Army for three and a half years. You don't just pick up an M4 (or an M16 for that matter) and be able to accurately put rounds down range. It takes weeks of practice to even develop the slightest amount of proficiency. Otherwise we'd all have shot expert our first time out on the range.
