Mumble connecting causes PR to crash to desktop (CTD).

Hello all,
As per the thread title really. I cannot use Mumble (to my annoyance and everyone elses) because when PR is running and I connect Mumble to a server PR just cleanly crashes to desktop.
I had this problem with .85 also, i've never been able to use Mumble in the game. Such a shame because I would love nothing more than proper comms with people around me.
Any suggestions? I also had a problem with surround sound not working.
I'd re-install PR, but having had this issu with the pre .95 version I doubt it has anything to do with that.

Ok.. Some things.
# I believe it was a clash of the Mumble Overlay with my ATI Tray Tools overlay.
# I was using the wrong version of Mumble - I wasn't using the 0.5 version.
Aaaaaaaanyhoo..
I've just installed 0.5, and 'lo and behold, a Box comes up informing me that it has 'stopped working'.
Will just do a restart and report back..
Edit: Restart didn't help.. 0.5 apparently can't run on my system. It changes the colour scheme to Vista Basic [fine by me] but then still crashes. I've tried all the compatibility modes but with no luck
Any ideas?
Vista x64

Thanks mate. It seems i'm always fixing something or making something work (ironically, ATI Tray Tools was a nightmare to get working without the annoying 'Allow This Program To Run' on every startup. If these posts help even one other person then it's worth it, I know how useful they can be
