MD5 tool pb error??

I'm getting this punkbuster MD5 tool error and it kicks me from the serv for like 5 min. Anyone know what this is? and how to fix it?

first kick punkbuster my for a aimbot ( i have no aimbot )
than kick my for MD5 Tool another 5min
i restart my Pc and the proplem was solved
