Hey guys,

I want to start playing PR again and I have found my BF2 case with the serial key still there but I am unable to find the disk at this present point in time.

I was wondering if i was able to download the client from a torrent or something, and go to install it and than put in my key instead of cracking it? Or will it still need the disk?

From BF2 patch 1.5, you no longer need a CD/DVD to play. If you have a valid key, you should try to get an installation disc from a friend or.. elsewhere.

We can't help you any further than this.

You can download an image of the BF2 disc no problem if you've bought the game (eg: owning a cd key)

I did the same with GTA 4.

Just get Daemon tools to create a virtual drive and install
