Okay well i'm kind of a noob here so are mappers allowwed to use the pr statics or is that plagurism?

As long as the map is used for PR and not for another mod.
It would be plagurism if you said that you actually made the statics, or used statics from another mod without permission.

Of course you can use the PR static for your map, if you make it for PR or for yourself

Oh okay. Thanks guys. I'm working on a map for PR and was wondering if i had to make all my own statics.
