Are you aware that your menu is in Polish?

The large maps really push your hardware so when you get problems like this, the easiest thing to do is lower some settings like:
Textures
Light maps

You can try bumping your virtual ram/page file up
(1.5x real ram, min. & max. set the same is a good start.)
Turn off AA
Use a 3 party app. like GameBoost or AMDs fusion to turn off background apps. and services that aren't need while gaming.
It's hard to say without knowing your OS and hardware,
So...
When looking for answers please follow these simple steps.

Please include your basic PC info in your post :
Operating system = XP, Vista etc.
systems specks = cpu/speed, ram installed, video card/video ram on card,type of monitor
network setup = cable, 4 port 10/100/1000 d- link gamers lounge/ wired connection.
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
The more info you can give the better your chance of getting a quick answer back.
You don't have to write a book,
but your basic PC info is needed to help you.
