PR Shutdown

When i start my PR everything goes normal untill i go in the game.... because all the suddenly everything turns black(while im gaming) and it goes back toe the desktop
So please help me

Next time provide info about your pr graphics settings, your pc hardware, more info about crash (is crash occur only when u in public server? how about local or coop? Or pure bf2? How long u able to play normal until crash?) Also its posible what u did wrong installation of bf2, the correct order is to install bf2 and when patch to 1.4 after what -> 1.5, and only when intall pr.
Well it happens at Co-Op&Deployment(because i dont play local i wont put it here).
my graphics are low.And something in a server said i need to update m Punkbuster but i don't know how(i tried thing that were on youtube but i dont worked:confused

I can get into PR and play no problem, however when I try to go into Gaza or Beirut, the game quits to black screen for a second and then to desk top. Video settings on medium or not, does not matter/ Running on windows xp. All other maps load up fine but when these maps are almost completly loaded the whole game quits. this is when i play multi player. please help.

Seems like a punkbuster problem then. Check this out and try to install the new punkbuster version according to this guide.
