Hello PR Community.I got a question about the hardware. I have Sempron 3000+ 1.8GHZ OC'd to 2.03GHZ,1024 MB RAM (going to buy 1G more), ATI Radeon HD4650 1GB VRAM (sure it will work ),XP.How do you think,is there any chance of playing PR on these specs without hanging and FPS below 15?Thanks in advance guys.

You might be able to get 20 FPS with 800x600 all on video settings on LOW (even view distance 75%), no AA or AF.
Reducing your resolution and reducing the view-distance are desperate measures. Esp. if you have got an LCD or TFT monitor reducing the resolution will end up makeing everything look blurred and unclear. Reducing view distance will give you a gameplay disadvantage because other online players will see you, even though you cannot see them.

So basically your CPU is bottlenecking and reducing the FPS dramatically (BF2 is harder on the CPU than on the GFX, imo). While your low RAM situation causes "hard faults" which produce stuttering and decrease the FPS even more. So I don't think you will have much fun playing the game.

Changed,ran Gaza-well,at least playable.I'll try to do something more with proc and buy more RAM to at least make it 1024 and distance scale 100%.Thanks a lot for advise.
