[Help] BF2 Editor won't run

Hi everyone I just installed BF2 Editor and when I wanted to start making maps it came up with this (click picture link) so just wondering does anyone know how to fix this.
P.S. I don't know if this is the right area for this problem.
Got it fixed admin please lock and delete if able please

Just do as it says? Install Directx9.0c and try again?
Happened to me when I had Win 7 as well.
XP ftw.

Haha! Right click and hit properties, and then press compatibly and set to XP SP3.
