What do you do when nothing is happening at the moment on the battlefiled?
Taking out the smoke grenade and yelling: SHASKA!!! suddenly starts a chain recation, and soon everybody nearby will yell it...
Same with the greande in hand: KUMBULA!

What are your experiences with the commo rose in this aspect?

And what about performing that popular rhythm with the guns or vehicle horns: (I can't describe it better) DA-DA-DABADA-DABADABA-DA-DA???

Have not heard of the "grenade-warning-chain-reaction" yet and stopped shooting rythms when starting to play PR...

I will listen for that chain reaction thing.

Well the commo rose is a great way to do a little role playing for people who doesn't really do it over VOIP such as myself. When my squad is in an intence firefight I do like to use the "reloading", "or fall back" or "go go go" just to make it a bit more awesome.. given they are shoutet out at the right moments...

TBH the radio spamming is not a good thing. It annoys me when I'm trying to fight and 20 people are spamming the radio.

I just love going insurgent (or any other language I don't know) and "chat" with random people. It's so funny XD

Tis amusing when everyone gets stuck in a bunker, etc. And everyone spams the chat.

Or in Main, when waiting for a transport. Coupled with rapid sweeps of the gun.

Yeah, the commo rose offers great possibilities to handle complex situations, agreed.

But furthermore I agree very much with the guys who said it was simply annoying if other players around just spammed the radio for they were happy to see what military-jargon-statements in foreign languages sounded like.

It's no problem if you did this right before round is ending and everyone just seems to shoot with everything he got at anything anyway.
However, in any other situation radio-spamming is just meant to be out of place...

I use the commo rose like you describe or like someone else said. In a firefight to shout I'm reloading or falling back or healing.
