Hideouts

Would it be possible for hideouts to be like healing stations? Instead of having to run all the way across the map for a civi you could just run to a hideout and heal yourself. Normal firebases for US, British, IDF, etc would not be able to heal. Thoughts?

Nah. You got field dressings already, and too few civilians are an issue with the squad layout.

I'd like to see this for any hideout the commander is working from in the field. There should be a risk/reward to building and using one where you can be killed, right now it's all risk, no reward.

Well, one more figher ;)

This is a really good idea. We're talking healing less powerful than the resupply stations. Maybe if you left click while inside the "healing field", you don't heal for 1 minute? This way it's to avoid Medic-Buffing ;P

It would be only good if only one person could heal at a time (you must enter the hideout). Otherwise people would just camp the hideout in the middle of the map near a cache and get unlimited health.

I agree that it should be only the hideout with the commander in it, not all.
Why should the insurgents or Taliban have a better medical infrastructure than Blufor?
