Cant request kits off the bradley apc on fallujah west despite it being an APC :S

Steps to Reproduce:

Walk up to bradley
With other people in Squad
Request a limited kit
Profit?

BigD gaming AU PR Server 2

Fallujah West INS 64p

version is .9517 or whatever our current one is
