I am looking for a card that can run pr smoothly, because i am on integrated right now and it sucks. I want to get a graphics card for $100 or less because thats my limit I also want to know if i need more ram. if so how much and how much does it cost?

If i plan to get arma 2 for project reality. what else do i need to do to run that smoothly on any graphics

2 additional GB should usually suffice. However it is only reasonable to get RAM with the same specs as the other 2GB so if you should get details on that (something in the format like this 7-7-7-28, maybe get that info from bios).
Which version is your Vista? with 32bit you can only utilize up to 3.25GB
