Fools Road 64 version, British Challenger tank shooting a TOW spandrel (could aswell be a technical or a 14.5 BRDM) sitting still, no damage done, TOW truck starts driving toward tank and the 2nd shot does not do any damage either. I don't know if this is either fixable or reported earlier but this is too annoying to let it be. If you need more info ask it, I'm not sure what are the most relevant pieces of information.


EDIT: This bug has happened on various MBTs, shooting a vehicle with AP rounds and not doing any damage.
