I've tried searching around for this, but I'm trying to log on to PR (I'm new) and it asks me to create an account. I've tried this several times, but it keeps hanging.

Any ideas?

No, you can make as many accounts as you want.

What Proceed means Kain is that you cannot change your account username, you have to create a whole new account.
