The M21 is a great rifle but when the first time a saw the Marksman Kit I was like "Sweet! a Scoped M-16" (kind of exaggerated) and when I picked it up I was disappointed to find an M21 Though I know that these kinds of M-16 Variants are not fully incorparated into the Military but are still being tested.

If you're HAMAS, you can right-click request a scoped M4(A1).

The times I've seen a Scoped M-16 variant it had a smaller, shorter magazine, almost like Vietnam Era Magazine

Yeah yeah we all known about that rule, does it mean we cant suggest anything for US, CF, UK, Russia, Germany, Israel and PLA ?...

M21 is just fine. The Canadians and Hamas already have AR-10/15 variant weapons as marksman weapons.

I believe you can post general ideas for those armies, such as the whole concept of mortars or foxholes, just not specific pieces of equipment, for example the M110 DMR. Oh, how I want you M110...

I don't know if we have an MA for the CF, although I'd be surprised if we didn't - play it safe.

If you read that blog he went out and bought civilian parts to make that. It's not a normally issued thing.
