CFI is a communis.. I mean, community alliance of several clans. Any individual and any clan may join; our Teamspeak and forums are open to all. Upon joining, a clan will receive the ability to administrate on the server, their own teamspeak and forum sections should they desire those, and will still be able to retain their full sovereignty and internal structure while being able to vote on important matters that pertain to the community.
