It doesent matter what map i play, after about 15 minutes of gameplay medium quality i go from having 80-90 FPS to having 15-20 FPS then it just goes down to 5 or so FPS.
I honestly have no idea what the problem is, it only started happening after the release of the latest patch.
Its a shame because i really enjoyed this game and i will miss out on the new map packs

Help i can play ArmA 2 on high-very high lol

I have the same problem. However, my CPU is much weaker (AMD Athlon X2 64 4000+ , 2.1Ghz)

I was playing one of the new maps, it started great and after 10 minutes or so, the game started heavily lagging. I never had that problem before and I could play on any map Very High.
