Hi! My English too bad, but i wanna try to thread in your forum.
I just setup PR to reinstalled windows 7 x64.
First i can't launch Pr, but BF2 launches normally.
If i create profile inside BF2 - PR starts normally.
BUT if i trying connect to server - PR quits without error(but with error"pouingggggg" sound).
ALSO if i trying to delete profile - PR restarts.
windows system log is empty to any errors at error sound time.
My opinion is: Win7 blocks any access to "my documents/battlefield 2" folder if PR requires access, but i want to listen your opinion.
My cfg:
Win7 x64
C2D e8400 3000MHz
2*2048mb 800MHz RAM
MSI RADEON 3870x2 OCedition
GA-p35-s3g
ACER v233h (1920*1080)
Creative audigy+Daniel_k drivers

Prerror.log:
System.ArgumentException: Имя папки C:\Users\h8newbs\Documents/Battlefield 2/Profiles/Default не допускается.
в System.IO.FileSystemWatcher.set_Path(String value)
в o..ctor(String A_0)
в g.a(String[] A_0)

Actually your post is better than those of a few native speaking ppl esp. in regards of information.

I believe your files within the "Default" folder are corrupted. Delete this folder, and start vBF2 - it should be recreated and fixed. "My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default"

But i still can't manage profiles in PR, only in BF.
And solution is create profile for pr in bf2...
That is not a big problem, but i think it can start a new problems... I'll post a thread if i'll find them =)
