As you can see on the screen, when someone sits on a co-pilot seat in german trans Huey, his kit sticks into his head in front of him.
Except the guy who sits on that seat, everyone in the chopper sees this kit.

I too have seen this and it is lulz. Hopfully it is looked at.

its fixed for the next patch
