Just asking, is it possible to replace the 2 crewmen apcs/tanks with 1 crewman apc/tanks on coop?

Yes, go into your gameplayobjects.con and add a _bf2 on whatever vehicle you want to have this, then modify the tweak file of that vehicle so that a player can enter it.
