1) You qwill need a 5770 or higher from ATI or a Nvida 260GTX or higher
2)Thats a kinda to bad thing, these cards go from 100-200, if thats your budget, awesome
3)All cards have dual screen supports now, All you need is
a) A Monitor with a DVI, HDMI, or VGA imput
b) A Vga-dvi converter thing(I forgot name

)
And can you post up your PC, or mobo so we can help ya further?

There are limitations to what you can do with two monitors hooked up to a single card.
For instance cloning an image can sometimes have the effect that videos are only visible on one of the screens. So please tell us what you plan to use the 2 monitors for.
And specs is a must for not every card will simply fit into your pc.

If you find it at a good price, ATI HD 4870 X2 (that x2 is important) it currently outperforms an hd5870. You will have to fiddle with the arma2 link for it to use both gpus though. However no direct X 11. I would get that one if you find it waaay cheapo, say 120 €.
Else I would say either an HD 5850 or HD 6870. Do not get the HD 6850 as it is SLOWER than the 5850. Apparently publishing cards that are not any faster is the new in thing to do, so people wont have a reason to offer their cards on ebay.

Exiled.
Wrong. The 6850 replaces 5830, 6870 - 5850, and the 5870 will be replaced in the 6900 series.
