Ok I just though it would be nice if there was some way to kick someone out of squad leaders position (just like commander).
There have been numerous time when a squad leader has...
1.Gone afk and help up squad waiting for rally
2.Is a mute and dose not talk or just runs around doing what every
3.Will not give up position if there sucking at it
4.Totally ignores whole squad
and others
I looked and havent seen anything
Also if you have other ideas to improve plz share.

Thats mostly a waste of time trying to get an admin for 10min and another 10min just to get him to do its. Besides not kick him from game just squad leader, there are many time the guy sucks at squad leading but is good with something else.

I think this is really hardcoded, do correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if this were to be possible, it would be used and abused to overtake squads and stuff. Administrators on some servers have a "resign" command that would resign a certain squad member or something like that from the squad, IIRC.

Well if the squadleader is being a **** why shouldn't you kick him? If you don't want to do so you can always move him over to the other team once or twice.
But an easier way would just be making a new squad, the squadleader leads the squads members the way he wants, that's why you can chose which squad to join.

like poisonbill says: easiest way is create squad and invite.

tell the other members in your squad to join then start a new one, tends do have the same effect.

It is his squad if he is not doing wat u want leave the squad, he created the squad so its his will. imagine a guy creates a squad and 5 people in a clan decides to steal his squad, they will kick him out of his squad which is wrong
I am against 100% its his squad so let him do wat he wants. got a problem, LEAVE!!
plus its hardcoded

What happens when he doesn't create a squad, and is appointed when the real SL leaves?

Well sometime when the sever is full and some squads are locked, and he isnt doing his job, then I think someone should be able to take it over. Besides all you guys are saying "if you dont like what he is doing then make a new squad" well first off PR is about team work and not some squad leader doing whatever he pleases, MOST of the time if a good squad leader is chosen then the squad mates usually work together more.
2nd that wont always work (remember 9 squad limit....)

I think they would just make there own squad.... If not then you probably shouldn't be playing on that sever if clan members do whatever they want...
And since its "Hard-coded" ill finish my argument.

Admins can resign leaders, members.
Also you can just leave as the others have said. If your SL sucks, leave. Easy as that. Mutiny for an SL would suck for those trying to learn.

You often have the problem with the 9 squads limitation and locked squads. And often enough you see even one man locked squads, too. But this is really up to the Admins.

Then, in my opinion, you're not allowed to complain your squadleader sucks, because you clearly won't do any better.
