Fraps recording Issue

I recorded 1 hour 25 minutes of a round of PR in one go tonight, but when I reviewed the footage my mic was out of sync with the video in some places, and simply wasn't present in others.
I will link the video here when it is uploaded, but for now any help would be appreciated.

Fraps has the option to turn sync on and off. Perhaps your video editing software can fix that up for you automatically. And if not, play the video at 30fps or so and if needed sync the audio?

Playing it with media player (or whatever) will show it desynced. Nothing that can't be fixed though, I'm sure :) .

It's not the audio that's unsynced though, it's just the mic. Gunshots are perfectly in sync with the video, as is the rest of my squad's communicatons. However, my voice is the problem in this video.

Not much we can suggest for the current video. Maybe check if there are seperate layers for the audio then it might be possible to extract the mic channel and modify it appropriately. I doubt that this is the case and I don't think there will be any good way of seperating those audios.

For the future you might want to revise your recording settings (as you probably have already figured ;) ).
