Am I the only one having this problem?
When I Zoom in with my M40A3 Rifle the Cross Hair is incomplete on the horizontal line. As you can see in the Picture Below.
Is there a way to fix that or does it have to be re-textured in order to work properly.
I actually can see the whole horizontal line when the bolt reloads every bullet but not while I am aiming at a target it makes it impossible to even hit a target sometimes as I don't know where the exact center is

That may be a case of the model being too thin, or your AA isn't high enough (the former being much easier to remedy).

Moved to bug report.

i have the same problem..

just turn on AA. the crosshair is in fact smaller than one pixel so you only can see it with AA.
