Reduce deviation when scoping in

First of all, i know this is a re-suggestion but i couldn't find another thread with the same idea, so i thought i have a new angle on the subject and a way to do this.
Right now i believe it is impossible to change deviation with animation correct?
However with a change of rifle this could be possible(unknown)?
For example could you make it so that deviation increases when you change to a new slot such as grenade or change from your rifle to the AT-4 (L-AT for US)? if this is possible then we could use this so that when you scope in it changes the deviation, to do this we need to free up a slot.
- The shovel; the shovel is not needed in the slots, it could be moved to the un-armed kit and this would still show that they carry them but only take them out when needed. Also it would show that they are entrenching and not able to quickly switch to their rifle to take on enemies, this would mean a bit more realistic as when your digging your FOB you should be in a secure area.
Now once a slot is free we need two of the same thing in different slots (like the grenadier kit has), the second slot would be used for a scoped in version and the first for the non-scoped, then to scope in they'd right click and it should change to the second slot, and then right click again and return to the first. I hope this explains what i mean.
Even if we can't change the deviation between the switching of rifle's it will allow us to lower deviation while scoped in and increase it when un-scoped, giving a more realistic edge. When someone is scoped in they move slower in game which should mean they should have less deviation because they're concentrating on the targets, but they don't, they get the same as not scoping in at all. This seems annoying to me, maybe other find the same thing?
I hope i'm the first to come up with this idea, i did search the forums, but maybe i missed it or didn't search the correct terms.
